How long are shipping times?
  • Your products will ship within 5-7 days of you placing your order, from manufacture to our facility and can take up to 10 to 20 business days to reach your doorstep. Each product at OR has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
Whats your return policy?
  • If purchased within the past 30 days. You can contact us for a refund. We will work on making things right! Returns must be in the same condition and original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified in the shipping policy. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellations.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

  • If there's an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or damaged -- then simply notify us, and we'll give you a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

  • We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you don't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we'll make it right.

What does pre- order mean?

  • A pre-order is a product ordered before the official release date. This means that you can purchase it before the official release date and then, you just wait for the item to be sent to you on the day the product is released.
